Nuclear Posture Review 2010

The Bulletin is calling the Nuclear Posture Review a "genuine accomplishment."  I agree, this could be a milestone in foreign relations.  The Obama Administration has said what most Americans have hoped for years: that nuclear weapons are to be used in only the rarest of circumstances, and that we should use our resources to stop proliferation.
