Ready to start tapering

Last Sunday was an epic 12 mile run, the farthest I've ever run in one outing.  It will be the longest training run I have, since this weekend is the Marine Corps Marathon.  I am not running the MCM itself, but the MCM10k.  I am not sure if I aim to break my current PR, since doing so may adversely affect my Richmond Half Marathon performance, but I may just go for it.  The weather looks to be nice.  I'll be at the expo this Saturday morning.

CA Proposition 19

CA Proposition 19 is about ending government control on a substance that is far less dangerous than alcohol.  I implore any readers in California to vote yes on this important measure.

Weed, marijuana, pot, grass, whatever you call it should be legal.
