A good idea to help with teen drinking
This is an example of a good law. My college actually adopted a similar policy while I was a student there, and it seemed to be well received by all.

I think I agree with this. You can't blame the messenger if the messenger is drunk. What I mean is if another minor is on the brink of death and the other minor who's drunk calls EMS and the police come too, the caller shouldn't be arrested for doing the right thing. The caller should be warned that they will be arrested if they're under the influence.
