Nuclear Posture Review 2010
The Bulletin is calling the Nuclear Posture Review a "genuine accomplishment." I agree, this could be a milestone in foreign relations. The Obama Administration has said what most Americans have hoped for years: that nuclear weapons are to be used in only the rarest of circumstances, and that we should use our resources to stop proliferation.

President Obama's comments were generic enough that they are subject to interpretation but I was very pleased to see him specifically mention Iran so strongly.
Proliferation is and will be of profound importance moving forward.
