This is ridiculous. William Redpath definitely has the clear head in this article. He points out the fact that drivers have a choice. If they want the convenience of a fast path to and from home, pay. If the tolls were lowered, more people would use it, and it wouldn't benefit anyone.

I agree. Why not a private road? It'll probably be ran better than public roads? Less crumbling of the roads? Wait? You're in VA, I'm thinking MI. This would be a great idea in MI too except the private roads would probably crumble too. Anyways, I think a private road is a great idea and the Republican is wrong. Any real Conservative would be for this because it raises revenue and it's like running a business. The Libertarian is right!
